Mike has been practicing Real Estate since 1995 and Property Management since 1981. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, as well as large residential subdivisions. Mike’s accounting experience and 22+ years of Retail Management experience are significant assets to Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. He is also a Partner and Co-Developer of The Trex Center in Winchester, and a Partner and Co-developer of Berkeley Gateway in Martinsburg, WV. Mike is currently a Partner in the development of “North River Square” shopping center in Front Royal, VA. Over a 23 year career, Mike has been a Senior Commercial Specialist with Adams-Nelson for over 20 years. |

— Represented a long-time Winchester client, in the purchase of a $6,000,000 business complex located at the Winchester Municipal Airport.
