|Mike has been practicing Real Estate since 1995 and Property Management since 1981. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, as well as large residential subdivisions. Mike’s accounting experience and 22+ years of Retail Management experience are significant assets to Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. He is also a Partner and Co-Developer of The Trex Center in Winchester, and a Partner and Co-developer of Berkeley Gateway in Martinsburg, WV. Mike is currently a Partner in the development of “North River Square” shopping center in Front Royal, VA. Over a 23 year career, Mike has been a Senior Commercial Specialist with Adams-Nelson for over 20 years.

— Sale of 288 multi-family housing lots to DR Horton in Martinsburg, WV for $8.6 million.
— Sale of Shenandoah Valley Moving and Storage for $4 million.
— Sale of former Borden Lumber Company on two acres for $1.3 million.
— Sale of the former Gilliam Lumber Company located on 3 acres in Front Royal.

— Represented a long-time Winchester client, in the purchase of a $6,000,000 business complex located at the Winchester Municipal Airport.
— Mike has brokered the sale of the site for Sheetz in Front Royal, Virginia.
— Mike has brokered deals for United Bank, BB&T, Wachovia and Virginia Savings Bank for expansion as well as additional bank branches.
